Michael is the founder of Athlete Fitness, a thriving hybrid performance facility dedicated to strength, endurance, and functional athleticism. Through Athlete Fitness, he has built a community focused on pushing beyond limits and achieving peak performance. A disciplined and resilient hybrid athlete, Michael has competed in hybrid and endurance running events across the globe since the age of 17, consistently showcasing his strength, versatility, and determination on diverse terrains. Before pursuing athletics full time, Michael served five years in the British Royal Marines Commando as a Reconnaissance Operator and Mountain Leader. In this role, he demonstrated outstanding leadership and technical expertise—training Marines both in the UK and overseas, and working alongside international military units. After completing his military service, Michael transitioned into the fitness industry as a qualified personal trainer. Over the years, he has refined his coaching methodology and worked with athletes across the United Kingdom and the Middle East, helping them unlock their true potential and perform at their best.

CONOR CLARKE

Conor is a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none. If it’s based on fitness, he’s done it or at least gave it a try...
Conor is a bit of a jack of all trades, master of none. If it’s based on fitness, he’s done it or at least gave it a try. When he isn’t educating his students in school or coaching on the gym floor, you can find him quietly working on himself, for himself, his family and his friends.
Growing up, representing his county and province from minors through to seniors with Tyrone GAA and Ulster GAA, his efforts and discipline resulted in an All Ireland medal at the age of 18, a dream come true for so many Gaelic footballers across the world.
Some of his past achievements include racing Pro Doubles Hyrox W.C in 2024, cementing himself inside the Top 50 Irish CrossFit athletes and if there’s a competition worth in the UAE, he’s probably taken at least a podium spot in it.

David is a versatile hybrid athlete and coach with a background spanning football, CrossFit, triathlon, and most recently Hyrox. His sporting journey has taken him from the pitch to the endurance stage and into the world of functional fitness, where he has built a unique combination of strength, stamina, and resilience.
David has established himself as a leading Hyrox competitor, earning numerous podium finishes across international events. Highlights include being crowned the overall Men’s Open winner at Hyrox Sharjah 2025 and Hyrox Mumbai 2025, as well as breaking the prestigious one hour barrier with a sub 60 minute finish in the Men’s Pro Solo race at Hyrox Abu Dhabi 2025.
As a coach, David draws on this diverse and proven athletic background to guide others in their training. Whether working with first time competitors or seasoned athletes, he blends structured programming, performance driven methods, and mental preparation to help individuals unlock their potential, perform at their best, and achieve meaningful results.

TIANA FAHEY-LEIGH

Tiana AKA “T” is a very passionate and technical coach who wants every session to be the best hour of your day...
A former Elite Gymnast who represented both her state – NSW and her country – Australia, Tiana transitioned to CrossFit as a Coach and an Elite Competitor in 2016 after finding the sport by accident when attending a class “for fun” with a friend.

That class changed her life.

The community was so impactful that Tiana changed her entire career from being a performing artist on stage and screen to a full time fitness instructor attaining her ASCA Strength and Conditioning Certification, CF-L1 and Cert IV in Fitness.
Tiana AKA “T” is a very passionate and technical coach who wants every session you take with her to not just be be educational but also the best hour of your day.
You’ll be able to hear her before you see her (she actually emcees and works as a live stream presenter at fitness events so she’s turned that into a bonus) and T believes if you aren’t having fun, you’re doing it wrong!
