At Athlete Fitness, training isn’t random — it’s structured, progressive, and results-driven. We design our programs around 6–8 week cycles so you can track your progress, build consistency, and achieve measurable results. Each cycle is carefully planned to challenge you while keeping training safe, sustainable, and enjoyable.
Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Classes
Our S&C classes — Lower Body Strength, Upper Body Strength, and Full Body Strength — follow a proven structure that develops strength and fitness in a balanced way:
Compound Lift – Each session starts with a major lift (squat, deadlift, bench press, overhead press) to build raw strength and power.
Accessory Work – We then target supporting muscles with accessory movements that improve balance, stability, and performance.
Conditioning Finisher – Every class closes with a high-intensity conditioning block to build fitness, burn calories, and sharpen mental resilience.
This progressive approach ensures you’re not just working hard, but working smart — continually building towards long-term strength and performance.

Engine Class
The Engine Class focuses on developing cardiovascular fitness and endurance. Each cycle begins with a fitness test and then follows a progressive format designed to improve your aerobic capacity week by week.
Training is built around endurance machines — including the rower, bike, runner, and ski erg — with sessions ranging from short, powerful intervals to longer, sustained efforts. At the end of each cycle, we retest so you can clearly see your improvements in stamina, pace, and overall conditioning.

HYROX Class
Hyrox classes are designed to challenge both your strength and endurance through a unique combination of functional fitness and competitive racing. Each class is structured around the Hyrox event format, which includes a series of workouts that integrate running with various functional exercises.
Participants will experience a high-intensity workout that consists of 8 different stations, including movements like sled pushes, burpee broad jumps, and wall balls, interspersed with running. This format not only boosts cardiovascular fitness but also enhances strength, agility, and overall athletic performance.
Our classes cater to all fitness levels, providing modifications and progressions to ensure everyone can participate and push their limits. With a focus on community and competition, you’ll be motivated to achieve personal bests while enjoying the camaraderie of fellow athletes.
